SAMHSA funding provided through the TxDSHS will provide Projects for Assistance in Transition from Homelessness (PATH) services PATH services in the Texas’ Lower Rio Grande Valley. PATH services support the successful transition of individuals into mainstream services through a coordinated approach of interagency cooperation and service delivery. PATH Program provides intensive, personalized outreach and engagement services using several evidence-based practices such as motivational interviewing, stages of change, and Trauma Informed Treatment, including principles of Co-Occurring Psychiatric and Substance-Abuse Disorders (COPSD).
