PRESIDENT

Manages and supervises EGT Institute’s team, negotiates, coordinates and ensures all contractual obligations are being met on time and within budget. Provides overall leadership and support with evaluation implementation and continuous design improvement, data collection and analysis, technical writing, reporting, and participates in program meetings. Additionally, is charged with safeguarding all grants, and EGT Institute, Inc. operations and controls functions to ensure compliance to all federal, state and local government rules, regulations, guidelines and contractual language. Also ensures, YOUTH CONNECTION is operating 24/7 and team is providing immediate and quality customer friendly technical support to all clientele.

DR. TINA MCINtyRE

VICE PRESIDENT

Serves as the senior researcher and evaluator. Offers continuous support in program reporting, providing immediate and quality technical support to all clientele to ensure compliance along with effective and timely reporting. Provides leadership, training, support, and technical assistance in the areas of evaluation and grant development and design. Leads program rigorous evaluation that includes quasi-experimental designs and case studies, formative and summative evaluation including qualitative and quantitative data collection methods. Provides leadership and support of grant research, writing, reporting, monitoring, and program management team. Offers guidance to clients in design and development of web-based support through YOUTH CONNECTION. Collaborates with the EGT Institute, Inc. team of professionals to provide all clients with customized service and products.


MR. DANIEL SALINAS

SENIOR COMPUTER PROGRAMMER

Provides in-depth guidance and support to clients in design and development of a high-quality web-based grant reporting system entitled YOUTH CONNECTION. Responsible for ensuring YOUTH CONNECTION database is fully operational and customized for each unique project and Project Director expectations. Continually develops and maintains YOUTH CONNECTION, a uniquely designed comprehensive educational electronic secured database. Produces all customized reports to meet client reporting and evaluation needs. Guides clientele with ongoing quality technical support to ensure effective and timely reporting. Customizes all unique and individualized reporting rubrics, tools, and forms to meet clientele and programmatic needs. Provides in-person and online training with 24/7 technical support. Additionally, Collaborates with the EGT Institute, Inc. team of professionals to provide all clients with customized service and products.

MR. CHRISTOPHER TREVIñO

SENIOR DATA COORDINATOR/OFFICE DIRECTOR

Responsible for overseeing and managing all daily operations, streamlining management systems, supervising and coordinator projects task. Oversees essential data functions, processes and controls to ensure all federal, state and local compliances, rules, and regulations procedures and protocols are met according to the letter of the law. Assists the Computer Programmer with maintaining YOUTH CONNECTION to ensure the secured database is fully operational 24/7. Additionally, leads all programmatic assessments which could include print and electronic survey development and dissemination, collecting, cleaning and analyzing data and completion of all U.S. Department of Education and Grants. Gov required forms and documents.

MR. BENAnCIO "BENNY" LOZANO

TECHNICAL SUPPORT

Serves as a vital member of the EGT Team of professionals to manage, coordinate and facilitate office operations and supports all project activities and tasks. Assists Senior Data Coordinator with a high volume of survey development and dissemination, collecting, cleaning, and analyzing data and completion of all U.S. Department of Education and Grants.Gov required forms and documents. Provides support and high level of service in data entry, gathering, collection and reporting. Continually interacts with a wide range of clients to provide customized service and products. Provides technical support, guidance, and monitoring in order to ensure all federal, state and local compliances, rules, and regulations procedures and protocols are met. Offers guidance, support and technical assistance with YOUTH CONNECTION (GEAR UP) database. Collaborates with the EGT Institute, Inc., team of professionals to provide all clients with customized service and products.

MR. EDDIE TREVIñO

FOUNDER

Founded EGT Institute Inc., over 25 years ago. Provides overall resource development support. Established the vision, goals, and overall direction of EGT Institute Inc., and its highly effective team of professionals. Orchestrates all decision-making with grant writing which includes research, marketing, outreach, and presentations for new and existing clients. Supports the effective and timely evaluation implementation and continuous design improvement, data collection, analysis, technical writing, and reporting. Sets the tone and direction of the organization and the team of professionals to provide all clients with high quality customized service and products. Supports and guides clientele and upper-level leadership. Attends program meetings, and provides programmatic guidance and troubleshooting to meets the needs of clientele and ensures programmatic compliance. Offers technical support and assistance with all clientele requests that may be deemed necessary to ensure both programmatic and evaluation efforts are meeting and/or exceeding proposed objectives and outcomes as proposed.
